For all those clear cute and nice people playing spoil them and I'm bringing one of the best pastry easy to make, the •PASTEL RED VELVET recipe •


300grams of refined sugar
120g softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs large
330g wheat flour
30GR cornstarch
30GR of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
250ml yoghurt
2 tablespoons of red dye.

Cream cheese frosting

500g of softened cream cheese
90g softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250ml of cream acid (the common we use to accompany the salty food)
450GR of icing sugar

Preheat oven to 180 C grease or dust with flour two molds couple cake.
Beat the sugar, butter and vanilla until this pale and creamy mix, Add the eggs one by one. Sift the dry (flour, corn starch, cocoa, baking powder, bicarbonate).
In a bowl mix the yogurt with the red dye.
Add the dry mixture to the butter mixture alternating with yogurt.
Empty the mixture into moulds and bake in 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool preferably wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight so they are tight

For bitumen.

Beat butter, vanilla and cream cheese, fold in the cream acid and icing sugar end.
Fill and cover the cake cool slightly and enjoy.!
