Preheat oven to 170-180 degrees and prepare the tray for cupcakes with paper pods. Cut the strawberries into small cubes and set aside.
Beat the butter with the sugar until it bleached and add the eggs one by one. Add half of the flour sifted with the yeast and beat at low speed. Then add the milk with the vanilla and then the rest of flour. Beat until smooth dough. Finally add the chopped strawberries and mix with spatula.
We filled capsules halfway and bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Made once, Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Preparation of the cream
Beat the butter until it bleached and we are incorporating the Icing sugar gradually until it is fully incorporated. Add the previously crushed strawberries. Put cream in a sleeve pastry bag with a 1M nozzle (Star).
