Ingredients
  1. Ingredients 6 people
  2. • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  3. • 3 cups sugar
  4. • 1 teaspoon salt
  5. • Cup and a half of cold water
  6. • 2 teaspoons yeast
  7. • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  8. • 7 eggs large, separate
  9. • 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  10. • 1 teaspoon of tartar sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. If you want to, coat the mold for the cupcakes with coating paper. Combine flour, the sugar, the yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and vanilla.
  2. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl and add the water, vanilla and lemon peel.
  3. Mix with mixer at medium speed for approximately 2 and a half minutes while scraping the bowl until it is well blended.
  4. In another large bowl, Combine egg and tartar sauce-white. Mix at high speed until egg whites to be snow
  5. Combine both mixtures and water in paper molds that you presentarás the lemon cupcake filling each mould up to half of their capacity. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Cupcakes in molds to cool completely and then drizzle with lemon glaze. To make lemon glaze, combine a cup of sugar and a tablespoon of butter melted in a small bowl. Mix together with 3 teaspoons of lemon juice until the required consistency and make the dew on every one of the lemon cupcake
